FLEXIBLE PACKAGING

Flexography (or shortened Flexo printing) is a form of printing that uses flexo relief plates. It is essentially a modern version of the high quality printing, which can be used for printing any type of substrate, including plastic, metal films, cellophane, and paper. It is used for printing various types of food packaging, as well as any other type of packaging.

We have a high quality and completely digitized system for the production and installation of printing plates.

We have modern, gravure printing technology that uses a cylinder, where cells are engraved precisely and by that are able to retain the printing color, size, and mold. They reflect the desired design, using pressure and capillary action. Lamination, dressing or initialing of the packaging is followed, depending on the wishes of the end user.

70 YEARS
─ COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE ─

The history of the printing house, which is basically a history of graphic art in the Republic of Macedonia, started on 12/11/1944, just eight days after the liberation of Bitola. It started as a craft workshop of 22 employees, for six decades to grow into a modern graphic industry, with about 200 employees, from different profiles and titles. In 1948, the printing house was transformed into an industrial enterprise, in which since 1950 a self-management was introduced. By the beginning of the 70s, it has an independent development, after which it is transformed into the Basic Organization of Associated Labor "Kiro Dimitrovski Dandaro", within the working organization Bitola Graphic Institute. In the beginning of the 90's, in the process of transition of social capital, it became a Joint Stock Company, in which the form has been successfully function till today. From its beginnings, till today, the printing house preserves the development continuity, spatial, personnel and technological conditions have been created, which enable it to develop and prosper continuously.

─ THE NAME ─

Kiro Dimitrovski Dandaro was a graphic worker, a real fighter, patriot and humanist. It is among the armor of fighters who gave their lives for the freedom and development of their country. Today it is a symbol for the employees of the Printing House and the entire collective towards it expresses its deep respect.
